GUN RIGHTS: Dave is an avid hunter and life member of the NRA. He will defend the 2nd Amendment and the right of all Americans to own guns.
As your State Senator, Dave Burke will support the following:
· Continue the Ohio Concealed Carry Program.
· Oppose any laws that restrict gun ownership or diminish the rights of gun owners.
· Oppose any class action law suits that attempt to blame gun manufacturers for crimes their products are involved in.
· Increase firearm and hunting safety programs.
· Preserve public hunting and fishing lands.
